Enrolments

If you are interested in enrolling at our school, please request an Enrolment Form from our school office, via email by clikcing on Enrolments or 9705 2281. Enrolment forms can also be downloaded below. Please return all completed paperwork in person or via email, along with a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate and Medicare Immunisation records.

Our school follows the Department of Education’s Enrolment Policy for the enrolment, placement, and transfer of students.

Students who live within the school zone are guaranteed a place at our school. To find out whether you live in zone, visit findmyschool.vic.gov.au

All other applications will be considered subject to available space, and prioritised according to:

1. students with a sibling at the same permanent address who are attending the school at the same time
2. all other students in order of closeness of their home to the school.

If you are interested in enrolling at our school for Foundation in 2027, please follow the following steps:

Create a Student Insight Account:
If you haven’t already, create a parent/carer account on the Student Insight portal.

Submit an Application:

• Online Application: Complete the online enrolment application form on the Student Insight portal.
• Supporting Documents: Provide the necessary supporting documentation, which may include:

1. 1. • Birth certificate or passport.
      • Immunisation History Statement.
      • Emergency contact details.
      • Health information (e.g., allergies, illnesses).

• Select School: Indicate Fleetwood Primary School as your preferred school in the application.

Application Timeline:
Enrolment applications will open Monday 20 April, 2026.

Transition Sessions:
Participate in any enrolment information and transition sessions offered by Fleetwood during Term 4.

Transition and parent/carer information sessions will be conducted in Term 4. Dates and times will be provided late Term 3 to confirmed 2027 Foundation enrolments.

Our school zone

Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

The Department provides guidance through the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.
